Hello Math experts ! I am a beginner at approximate quadratic equation using slopes. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any resource where I can get my solutions checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ?

Well I do have a suggestion for you.Sometime back even I was stuck on questions relating to approximate quadratic equation using slopes, that’s when my elder sister suggested that I should try Algebrator. It didn’t just solve all my questions , but it also explained those solutions in a very nice step-by-step manner. It’s hard to believe but one night I was actually crying because I would miss yet another assignment deadline, and a couple of days from that I was actually helping my friends with their assignments as well. I know how strange it might sound, but really Algebrator helped me a lot.

I know a couple of tutors who use Algebrator themselves to teach students.

I remember having difficulties with graphing lines, y-intercept and converting fractions. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
