Hi math lovers , I heard that there are various programs that can help with us doing our homework, like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a program that can help me with algebra ? I have never tried one before , but they are probably not hard to use I assume. If anyone has such a program, I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in Remedial Algebra now, so I've been studying things like free college math and it's not easy at all.

I’m know little in free college math. However, it’s quite hard to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that?

When I was in school , I faced similar problems with rational equations, perpendicular lines and perfect square trinomial. But this superb Algebrator helped me through all my Algebra 2, Basic Math, and Pre Algebra. I only typed in a problem from my workbook, and step by step solution to my math homework would appear on the screen by clicking on Solve. I highly recommend the Algebrator.

I remember having difficulties with graphing, fractional exponents and conversion of units. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

http://www.mathfraction.com/fraction-competency-packet.html and http://www.mathfraction.com/lesson-fractions.html are a couple of authentic sites that give out the Algebrator. But, before making the purchase , get to know what it offers and how is it different by reading the feedback online. From my personal experience, I can say that you can start using Algebrator right away without any help since the utility is absolutely easy and very much self- informative .
