Hello guys I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to comprehend the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with math trivias. Could somebody out there please help me with trigonometric functions, reducing fractions and quadratic inequalities. I can’t afford to get a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of learning topics like factoring polynomials or factoring effectively, please reply to my post Thanks

Although I understand what your problem is, but if you could elaborate a bit on the areas in which you are facing difficulty , then I might be in a better position to help you out . Anyhow I have a suggestion for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide variety of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And there’s more to come, it also gives a detailed step-by-step description of how it arrived at a particular solution . That way you don’t just find a solution to your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this program to be particularly useful for solving questions on math trivias. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good for other topics as well.

I agree. Algebrator not only gets your homework done faster, it actually improves your understanding of the subject by providing useful information on how to solve similar questions. It is a very popular software among students so you should try it out.

I have tried a number of math related software. I would not name them here, but they were useless. I hope this one is not like the others.

A truly piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving least common denominator, conversion of units and converting fractions. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
