I'm having great difficulty understanding the logic behind the problem regarding matlab convert a rational number to decimal number. Can someone please help me to know how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation regarding matlab convert a rational number to decimal number specifically in topic of parallel lines? I was taught how to solve this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it complicated to understand it on my own so I think I really need a helping hand since I think I can’t do this on my own .
