I have a number of problems based on formula to solve 3rd order equation I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our teacher has asked us to figure them out ourselves and then explain them to the entire class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please guide me!

I maybe able to help if you can be more specific and give more details about formula to solve 3rd order equation. A good computer program would be ideal rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem that you may want solved. It also clarifies all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework . However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.

I remember having often faced difficulties with rational expressions, solving inequalities and algebra formulas. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Pre Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.
