Hey dude, I was in a similar situation a couple of weeks back and my sister suggested me to have a look at this site, http://www.mathfraction.com/introduction-to-fractions-1.html. Algebrator was very useful since it gave all the basics that I needed to work out my homework problem in Pre Algebra. Just have a look at it and let me know if you need further details on Algebrator so that I can render assistance on Algebrator based on the knowledge that I currently posses.

I agree , a good program can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in Basic Math and Algebra 2 too, so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never had a software until now I can assure you it's not hard , you don't have to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

Ok, after hearing so much about Algebrator, I think it definitely is worth a try. How can I get hold of it? Thanks!
