I am going to college now. As math has always been my problem area , I purchased the course books in advance. I am plan on learning a couple of chapters before the classes begin . Any kind of pointers would be much appreciated that could help me to start studying ti 89 solve word problems myself.
Algebrator is a good program to solve ti 89 solve word problems problems . It gives you step by step answers along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just copy the solutions from the software. It will not help you in understanding the subject. Use it as a reference and solve the problems yourself as well.

I remember having difficulties with equation properties, function definition and quadratic inequalities. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, College Algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
